Wheelhouse is a new restaurant from the team behind the iconic Teatro ZinZanni experience and brand. Described as a farm to table gastropub dedicated to exceptional cuisine and unique guest experiences, the restaurant is located in the heart of Woodinville’s Hollywood District at the recently announced Hollywood Station campus formerly known as the old Redhook brewery site. The menu will be based on seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients, and the lodge-style setting is designed to be a gathering place for both locals and visitors to experience within the world-renowned wine and outdoor destination. The name is an ode to the prominence of the railway line that ran along the site and the wheelhouse is a device for switching locomotives from one track to another.
